Just this last month they cut back on perks again by limiting free play days for loyal customers. ![]() Last summer I received a casino host who never answered emails or calls and it now appears he has been canned. Never had this problem before the pandemic closure, seems there is a cash grab now that people are anxious to get back out. Slots are now beyond tight and all are expensive, that combination will break the bank in a half hour and leave you regretting your visit. I'm a very regular slots player at Encore and I have to say this place gets worse everytime I go.
